Liège embroidered binding, decorated with paintings

Inside, an Almanac printed in Liège in 1789, by the widow of Silvestre Bourguignon, owner of the "Au Livre d'or".
Bound in white silk with an embroidered decoration of golden threads, pastilles and a ribbon held by a golden zigzag thread. In the centre of each side, a large medallion held by a bow decorated with two emblems painted in gouache, with the captions "I voluntarily attach myself to it" and "You know it". The back is decorated with gold spangled flowers.
